Hannah has been practicing yoga for three years, and teaching for two. She fell in love with yoga through finding Buti Yoga during her time in Las Cruces, NM. There, she became certified in Buti Yoga in June of 2016, and completed her 200 Hr RYT in December of 2017. Hannah enjoys the freeing rebirth the practice of yoga can offer.
Buti Yoga is a combination of power yoga, primal movement, strength and conditioning and plyometrics that offers a high intensity interval style class while making yoga poses more dynamic. You will sweat, you will smile, and you will leave feeling a newer, deeper connection to yourself.
Hannah also loves teaching traditional hatha and vinyasa classes. She has done specialized work with different athletes, including MMA fighters and professional basketball players.
