Wild & Free Yoga Retreat


Join us in the beautiful wild of Tanzania…

One week of physical, mental and emotional rejuvenation at Tarangire Safari Lodge, located within Tarangire National Park, in Tanzania!



Our first Wild & Free Yoga Retreat will be held May 25th-June 1st, 2020 at Tarangire Safari Lodge in Tanzania’s Tarangire National Park. This park is home to many amazing, wild species, including the highest concentration of elephants in the world!

Enjoy a week of yoga, including Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Restorative Yoga in Tarangire’s intimate studio space. Space is VERY limited so don’t hesitate to reserve your spot! Our beautiful studio overlooks the national park and is filled with natural noises of nature to enhance the practice!

We will practice twice each day, combining powerful flows with restorative flow to give your body all the right nourishment! We will also nourish our bodies with the amazing food from Tarangire’s kitchen! We can cater to all eating needs, and three meals per day are included in the retreat price!

To enrich your mental and emotional bodies as well as your physical body, we will offer special classes, (also included,) to help you learn how to “live like a yogi,” as well as incorporate holistic habits into your life! One essential oils workshop is included in the retreat price! This experience will truly allow you to connect deeply to yourself and nature.

Also included in the retreat are two game drives to see the amazing animals that call Tarangire home! Additional game drives and bush walks can be purchased at the lodge as desired. There is also a masseuse available to provide massage therapy if desired.


Live where the wild things are…

Each guest will have a shared tent with one other guest. Each tent will have either two twin beds, or one queen bed, depending on guest preference. tents are equipped with a bathroom and all necessities, but are subject to an occasional elephant visit!


Holly Rae

Holly Rae, (e200 Hr RYT, YAECP,) is a yogi inspired by creativity and and play! Holly teaches vinyasa yoga, and Rocket yoga. She is an inspiration to both beginner yogis and experienced yogis wishing to advance their practice. Holly’s love of adventure and play is infectious in her classes and encourages students to push their own limits and have fun! She is a pioneer teacher of the Wild & Free Yoga Retreat for these reasons!

Hannah Nichols

Hannah Nichols, (200 Hr RYT,) is a yogi inspired by emotional release of the body. She loves exploring movement through dance and yoga to find new ways to express and control energy. Hannah teaches vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, and Rocket Yoga. She also specializes in yoga for athletes! Hannah founded the Wild & Free Yoga Retreat to bring others out of the chaos of their minds and into the organic flow of the body and of nature.


To Reserve Your Place…

Retreat paid in full before June 1st, 2019: $2,200

Payment plan ($2,400 total): Downpayment of $600 due to reserve place, three remaining payments of $600 the following three months)

Paid in full after June 1st: $2,400

This price includes lodging, transportation to and from the airport, three meals each day, two yoga classes each day, two game drives, as well as “bonus” classes and workshops! (All classes and workshops are always optional)

*Note that all payments for this retreat are nonrefundable. If for any reason you are unable to join us in Tanzania, you are still responsible for paying for your spot. However, you may find someone else to take your place should this situation arise.
