Hannah was introduced to Reiki through her wonderful friend, Niki, and completed her Reiki 1 & 2 trainings in April of 2018. She has since been practicing on friends and family to help them heal energetic and physical symptoms of exhaustion and pain.
Reiki is an energetic healing technique from Japan that promotes relaxation and stress relief. It is administered through gentle touch and focus. It is based on the belief that each of us has a life force energy flowing through us. When that energy is depleted through stress, emotional challenges, etc., we show symptoms of fatigue, unhappiness, and sometimes depression and anxiety. Reiki practitioners use healing techniques to replenish that energy and add vitality to life!
